Master bedroom before and after

 Our room was by far the darkest in the house. It had brown carpet, brown walls and (due to smoking) a yellowish, brown ceiling.

 Gross brown-ness covered everything.

 It took me forever to decide a color since it had to be masculine and romantic. I finally settled on a dark gray. Joe thought it would be too dark, but with the white ceiling, drapes and the red blanket it all balances out.

 Here's a bookcase with some of our favorite books. You can also see the flooring on this picture.

This picture below is probably my favorite part of the room. It's our vows with our unity symbol from our wedding.
